Smoothie performs video enhancement tasks locally on your iPhone. Your videos are not uploaded to Smoothie Labs servers for processing.
- No cloud processing: Your videos remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them elsewhere.
- Local app experience: Enhancement work is handled by capabilities available on your device.
2. Personal Data Collection
We do not require an account to use Smoothie, and we do not collect personal information just for you to enhance videos.
- No accounts required: Smoothie can be used without registration, login, or profile creation.
- No tracking cookies: The app does not use cookies or browser-style fingerprinting technologies.
- No advertising identifiers: Smoothie does not use advertising identifiers to track you across apps or services.
3. Local Crash Logs
Smoothie may create local diagnostic logs to help identify technical issues and improve reliability.
- Stored on your device: Diagnostic logs are kept locally and are not sent to us automatically.
- User controlled: Logs are shared with Smoothie Labs only if you manually export and send them to support.
- No video content: Diagnostic logs are intended for technical errors and do not include your video files.
4. Third-Party Access
Smoothie is built to keep your video workflow private. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not provide third parties with access to your videos.
